I’m a chef turned food allergy expert. After 25 years in fine dining, I took a bold step away from the restaurant world to help people rediscover the joy of food without the stress of allergies or intolerances.
My mission is simple: to create easy, flavour-packed recipes that fit real life. I refuse to settle for bland food, and neither should you. Every recipe I share is thoroughly tested, carefully researched, and designed to make your food journey both simpler and more enjoyable.
Living with 12 food intolerances myself, I follow a diet centred on gut-healing and anti-inflammatory foods. As a strong advocate for holistic health, I live by an ethical, organic approach, choosing ingredients as close to nature as possible. This philosophy inspires everything I create in the kitchen, and it serves as the foundation of every recipe I share.
