I know how
hard it feels to stop eating your favourite foods after a new diagnosis. Figuring out what’s safe, reading labels, learning to cook again, or simply deciding where to eat out can be overwhelming. I have 12 food intolerances myself, and I follow a diet with no starch, carbs, sugar, or caffeine.
