I will take a look to see if you are a good fit for my services and I will then arrange a mutually agreed date for the 60-minute allergy & lifestyle assessment consultation via zoom. I will send over a contract and payment details prior to the consultation.
Allergy & lifestyle consultation
This is a 60-minute comprehensive assessment where we will delve into your answers written on the contact me form. We will discuss the challenges and struggles your experiencing after your diagnosis.
We will also discuss your goals, obstacles, lifestyle habits, physical health, favourite foods and cooking ability. I will collate all this information and create your bespoke find your freedom e-book, delivered to you within 10 working days via email or google drive.
I will then arrange a follow up session once your information has been delivered.
Follow up session
In the follow-up session, we will discuss any questions you may have once you have received your eBook and how life has unfolded for you since.
This is a great opportunity to discuss any other challenges you may be facing and any obstacles you may have encountered.
It will give me a unique opportunity to discuss the information and recipes with you so that you are crystal clear on what your next steps are on your food journey and if you require any further information, resources and advice.
